Here are a few tips about how I use the planner:
- I send the planner ahead to the event coordinator so that they can see what we’ll discuss in our first planning call. Some fill it out ahead of time, but I often fill it in by hand as we talk.
- In the call, I start with the back page. I want to listen the the planner’s vision and dreams to see how I can serve best!
- Then we go over all the details.
- Two weeks before the event, I talk to the event planner one last time to make sure all the bases are covered. Any additional details are added to the Speaker Planner so that I can keep all the event information in one place.
